Director, MPP Program
Dr. Kent Fellows provides overall direction for the Master of Public Policy Program. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics and Associate Program Director of the Canadian Northern Corridor research division at SPP. His research focuses on computational economics as applied to the construction and use of large-scale quantitative models of inter-sector and interprovincial trade within Canada.
Director, SEDV Program
Dr Sara Hastings-Simon provides overall direction for the Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Development Graduate Program (SEDV). She is a Professor of Physics and a member of the Energy and Environmental Policy research division at SPP. Her research focuses on low-carbon energy transitions and policy responses across sectors and she co-host the popular webinar/podcast series Energy vs Climate.
Graduate Program Advisor, MPP Program
As the Graduate Program Advisor, Lino is the first point of contact for our MPP applicants, students, and faculty. She supports our prospective students throughout the application process and continues to provide academic advising and address student concerns as MPP students progress through their program.
Program Specialist, SEDV
As the Program Specialist, Crystal is the main contact for our SEDV students, faculty, and community partners. She coordinates all operations pertaining to this graduate program, which includes academic advising, marketing and promotion, recruitment and admissions, curriculum planning, financial planning, and academic and student hiring.

As the Career Development and Engagement Consultant, Graduate Programs, Alison supports our students and alumni as they prepare their energy and or public policy career transition. She is the main contact for potential employers, alumni engagement, and professional development opportunities.
